About Episcopal High School

Located just outside Washington DC, Episcopal High School is much like Georgetown, in that politics is steeped into the air and traditions of the school. Episcopal has a strong academic and athletic tradition, and is constantly ranked as one of the top private schools in the nation’s capital. The school is religious, and students are required to attend chapel several times a week, though students of all faith backgrounds are welcomed. Episcopal is a 100% boarding school, with all students living on campus.

In small classes, we gather to conquer questions and dissect potential solutions. We engage in close conversations where anyone’s idea can be voiced and everyone’s voice will be heard. We explore a wide curriculum that evolves and adapts as the world shifts. Together, we pursue knowledge and develop the skills we need to make the best use of it. Along the way, we make each other better.
